Women's Ministry
All women are welcome to attend the activities of the St Peter unit of the Women of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America.
PURPOSE
As a community of women created in the image of God, called to discipleship in Jesus Christ and empowered by the Holy Spirit, we commit ourselves to grow in faith, affirm our gifts, support one another in our callings, engage in ministry and action and promote healing and wholeness in the church, society and the world.
MONTHLY SCHEDULE: October - March
First Tuesday: Board Meeting at 9:30 AM. Next scheduled Board Meeting is next fall.
W-ELCA CIRCLES
- The Bible study for September will be: The Big Question: Making sense of suffering. Summer Combined Circles meet on the second Tuesday of the month at 9:30 AM. Please join us!

Workday for this month is Tuesday, September 26 beginning at 9 AM. Bring a sack lunch.
Sunday evenings - Martha Circle meets every Sunday evening from 5:30-6:30 PM in the Conference Room. This group resumes their meetings on Sunday, September 10.The new study for this group is: "Cure for the Common Life" by Max Lucado. Pick up a copy of the book and come join in.
God Chicks is a W-ELCA Circle specifically created for women between 17-35 years of age. The meetings are the first and third Sundays in the Kvamme Room at 10 AM. Come join us for fellowship and our current study of "God Chicks" by Holly Wagner. Call Carrie Peters (668-0211) for more information.
